Thank you Helena. I've read the original correction (https://ajp.psychiatryonline.org/doi/10.1176/appi.ajp.2020.1778correction), and it's good to see academic rigour still out and about. My only response to this is that one (now properly) peer-reviewed article is not the be-all and end-all, but I am curious to see what subsequent articles will show. It'll be a long time before we get close to finding a unified body of scientific study that presents specific conclusions on transgender issues. What you’ll find throughout history are studies that accumulate from multiple scientific disciplines over time that build towards a scientific consensus. Whilst this correction goes against where the consensus is heading, I'm more than happy to bookmark this correction for future consideration.
